While the levels of professional maturity differs with experience and exposure , yet there are certain common drivers of leadership. These drivers are the factors that remain underneath the iceberg and direct a leader’s outward behavior and attitudes.
In our workshop “ Managing to Leading” we target these very drivers of leadership that enable the participants to discover their leadership attributes.
